We can use existing scores or diagnostic testing to establish a baseline, compare the two exams, and help your student choose where to focus.
Great! The next step is choosing the preparation format that best fits their goals, learning preferences, schedule, and timeline.
That’s okay. Your student doesn’t need to have every answer before reaching out—and neither do you.
Start with what you know, and we’ll help you determine the next step.
1-on-1 Test Prep
Personalized. Flexible. Goal-driven.
Individual tutoring is built around your student’s starting scores, strengths, challenges, schedule, and goals. Sessions can focus on the areas where they have the greatest opportunity to grow and adjust as their needs change.
Small-Group Test Prep
Structured. Collaborative. Comprehensive.
Our intentionally small SAT, ACT, and PSAT classes offer a clear preparation schedule leading up to a specific test date. Students receive comprehensive instruction while still having opportunities to ask questions and receive feedback.
Preparation for the digital SAT, including Reading and Writing, Math, Desmos tools, pacing, and test-specific strategies.
SAT-aligned preparation that helps students understand the digital test, strengthen relevant skills, and approach the PSAT with greater familiarity and confidence.
Support for ACT English, Math, Reading, and Science, with an emphasis on content knowledge, pacing, and section-specific strategies.
Subject-specific support for select AP courses and exams, based on student needs and tutor availability.
1 - Assess
2 - Plan
3 - Prepare
4 - Adjust
We begin by understanding the student’s current skills, prior scores, testing experience, and areas of confidence or concern.
Together, we consider the student’s goals, test dates, application timeline, schedule, and preferred way of learning.
Students strengthen content knowledge, develop test-specific strategies, practice pacing, and become more familiar with what to expect.
As the student progresses, assessment results and tutor observations help determine where preparation should focus next.

The SAT and ACT assess many of the same academic skills, but their structure, pacing, question styles, and testing experiences are different. A student may feel more comfortable—or perform more strongly—on one than the other.
If your student hasn’t chosen an exam, we can help establish starting scores using previous test results or diagnostic testing. We’ll look at how they respond to each test, discuss their goals and timeline, and help determine where their preparation may be best focused.
The goal isn’t to choose the test everyone else is taking. It’s to make an informed decision based on your student.
Whether students work individually or in a class, our test-prep settings are designed to give them meaningful access to their instructor.
Preparation considers the student’s starting point, target scores, upcoming test dates, college plans, and scholarship goals.
We help students strengthen academic skills while also developing strategies for pacing, decision-making, and navigating the test itself.
Students can ask questions, work through challenges, and build confidence in an encouraging learning environment.
