From $50-65 per hour

1 on 1 tutoring is typically aimed at students that are struggling in a specific area, want to enhance a specific skill, are preparing for a test or important event, or want to refine their organization and learning skills. We offer 1 on 1 tutoring to any public and private school student ages k-12

We host "Get It Done Hours" at our Rising Minds Learning Center for students that just need a good place to get some work done in a focused, small group setting. Your student will have access to our full array of school supplies, and support from a Rising Minds tutor. Our sessions are limited to 3 students per tutor.

Tutoring Services for Home school Students

1 on 1 tutoring

Single and multi subject private teaching

From $50-65 per hour

We offer single and multi subject tutoring for home school students ages k-12. These tutoring sessions can take place in home, at Rising Minds, or virtually and are meant to supplement the existing structure of your homeschool routine. IXL testing & end of year evaluations are included.

Halftime Homeschool

Small group classes at Rising Minds

Halftime Homeschool is a semi-traditional homeschool co-op where students come to RM 2 - 3 days a week for 2-3 hours. Here they work with a teacher on 2 - 3 pre-planned subject areas in small groups of 3 to 5 students. End of year evals are provided for all participating students.

Remediation & skill enhancement tutoring is best suited for students that are either struggling in or are interested in a specific subject area. For remediation tutoring, the student's school provides our primary materials, and we will fill in additional learning resources as needed. This service includes IXL testing.

Test Prep

k-8 virtual: $50/hr
k-8 at Rising minds: $55/hr
k-8 in home: $60/hr

9-12 virtual: $55/hr
9-12 at Rising Minds: $60/hr
9-12 in home: $65/hr

Test prep is best suited for students that are facing a specific subject-specific test, quiz, or project, or are preparing for standardized testing such as the SAT or ACT.

Homework & Learning Help

k-8 virtual: $50/hr
k-8 at Rising minds: $55/hr
k-8 in home: $60/hr

9-12 virtual: $55/hr
9-12 at Rising Minds: $60/hr
9-12 in home: $65/hr

Homework help tutoring is suited for students that are learning life skills to help them stay organization, execute tasks, and communicate with teachers professionally. We recommend setting your student up with no less than 2 hours per week of tutoring. Grownups will receive weekly summaries and weekly task lists.

Single Subject Tutoring

$30 weekly planning fee +

k-8 virtual: $50/hr
k-8 at Rising minds: $55/hr
k-8 in home: $60/hr
9-12 virtual: $55/hr

Multi Subject Tutoring

$150 base fee + $30 weekly planning fee +

k-8 virtual: $50/hr

k-8 in home: $60/hr
9-12 virtual: $50/hr

We offer multi-subject tutoring for homeschool student teachers that need assistance with executing numerous subject areas. This service includes IXL and end of year evaluations. This service includes a homeschool classroom supplies kit as well as IXL and end of year evaluations.

Halftime Homeschool

Though pricing & course offerings vary, typically A 6 week course that includes 2 HR sessions twice per week:

$350 early bird
$400 regular
